The regularly called meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on Monday, February 2, 2026, after the meetings originally scheduled for January 26 and January 29 were postponed due to winter weather. The meeting was called to order at 11:30 a.m. and recessed to an hour session, with final adjournment at 1:06 p.m. The Board approved the Consent Agenda, including the minutes of the December 15, 2025 regular meeting, and reported no contract recommendations, reassignments, renewals, resignations, retirements, or terminations. The President’s Contract and the Racial Profiling Report/Exempt were also listed under approval items.
