The regularly called meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on Monday, February 2, 2026, after the meetings originally scheduled for January 26 and January 29 were postponed due to winter weather. The regularly called meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on Monday, February 23, 2026. The meeting was called to order at 11:31 a.m. and adjourned to a half-hour session. Final adjournment occurred at 12:27 p.m.
The Board approved the Consent Agenda, including the minutes of the February 2, 2026, regular meeting. Under personnel items, the Board accepted the resignation of Dr. Candy Smith. There were no new contract recommendations or contract reassignments and renewals reported.
