Plan and execute a comprehensive, year-long 100-Year Centennial celebration in 2027 to engage students, employees, alumni, and the broader community and to highlight Texarkana College’s legacy and future impact.

Develop a long-term funding sustainability plan for the Promise Scholarship.

TC Foundation will reach $27 million in assets by 2028.
