Power Up-Get Fit Quick-Morning

This is high energy weight resistance class for a total body workout using light weights and high repetitions. All fitness levels welcome.

Our instructor Valerie Tatum-has her Personal Training Certification through ISSA and has her Group Exercise Certification through AFAA.

This class meets Monday and Wednesday Mornings at 5:10-6am for six weeks!
