Until further notice, book shelves remain closed, and library staff will retrieve book requests for Texarkana College students, faculty, and staff.
- Search the online catalog at https://tamuttc.worldcat.org/.
- From your TC email account, send a list of titles with the call number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You will get an email confirming that a library staff member confirming that your request has been received. You will schedule a time with that staff member that you can either pick up the books or schedule curbside pickup on Tucker Street.
- Regular checkout limits of ten items per student still apply. Books will be checked out for two weeks and should be returned to the Main Help-desk in the Library.

Library Mission Statement
With the mission of teaching information literacy, the Palmer Memorial Library is committed to creating opportunities for student success by providing quality research materials and services in both print and electronic formats. Through its instructional programs, the library functions as an academic support center that encourages higher literacies leading to success in upper level courses and career paths. Through its public service programs, the library involves the community of learners in educational activities and opportunities for lifelong learning. The library supports the mission and goals of Texarkana College by providing materials, instruction, and services to students, faculty, and staff, both on campus and through distance education.
The Palmer Memorial Library has a partnership agreement with the John F. Moss Library at Texas A&M Texarkana to serve the students of both institutions. Student ID cards from either institution may be used to access either library’s print materials and computers. The two libraries share an online catalog.
