Congratulations to Dr. James Morris, adjunct professor at Texarkana College, who won the prestigious Professional Award at the Greater Texarkana Branch of the National Association for Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Annual Awards and Freedom Fund Banquet held on Saturday, October 27, 2018. The award is named in honor of Dr. G.W. Thompson. Mr. Robert Jones, TC math professor, is the president of this organization.
