Easy printing is now available; you no longer have to run to the library to print.

The print stations at Texarkana College offer convenience to students. Not only are they for students but “everybody can use this,” said Kathy Smith in Information Technology.

Texarkana College decided to have print stations because many locations didn’t have printers for students. Prior to the print stations, students would have to get a print card and print from the library.

“They’re very accessible for students,” Smith said.

The print stations are in four neutral locations on campus; such as the Business, Computer, and Technology Building, Social Sciences Building, Humanities Building, and the library.

There are many methods to print from the print stations. One method is going to https://www.wepanow.com/, which has step-by-step instructions. Another method is to print from the cloud by accessing your box, going to Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive account at any print station.

If you’re at a lab there is an option to print to the print stations from the computer. You can insert a USB at any print station to print. You can also email your documents to print@wepanow.com. Mobile devices can be used to print by downloading the “wepaPrint” app and following the instructions. There are three ways to access your files to be printed. You can swipe your card or enter your username and password to log in. You can also enter wepa Code or insert a USB drive.

Single-sided black and white is $0.09 per page. Double-sided black and white is $0.17 per page. Single-sided color is $.49 per page. Double-sided color is $0.97 per page.

At every print station there is a button you can push to talk to Wepa if you need help with the printing process. You can also call Wepa at 1-800-675-7639 if you have any questions or concerns.
