Uke 113: Ukestra

Ever wonder what it would be like to play in an orchestra? Did you know that combining ukulele and orchestral arrangements (UKESTRA) is a real thing and loads of fun? In just a mere 2.5 hours, you and your classmates will create beautiful music together learning to play parts for two different great Christmas tunes. You don’t even need to know how to read music! We will use a combination of musical notation and TAB to play our parts. A basic knowledge of reading TAB (which we will review together) and familiarity with basic chords is all you need. Just bring your uke, your tuner, and yourself—maestro!!
