Institutional Research & Effectiveness

Institutional Research & Effectiveness (IRE) strives to ensure student success through collecting and reporting data regarding students, faculty, and staff, as well as institutional programs, services and operations.

The Student Accounts window is your place to make payments, submit a parking permit request form, learn about your account balance, or get more information about your account.

Business Office

Located on the second floor of the Nelson Administration Building, our Business Office is here to help you set up payments or payment plans for classes, assist with refunds, explain your account balance, or any other financial questions you have about your TC account.

Transfer Center

Texarkana College’s Transfer Center, located on the ground floor of the Palmer Memorial Library, is poised to give students access to career planning, job placement, college and university transfer, scholarship opportunities and more.

Housed on the second floor of the Nelson Administration Building, Human Resources is available to help prospective employees, current employees, and community members with questions or concerns along with the latest employment and safety information.

Information Technology

The Information Technology department provides computing and communications infrastructure, services, support, and innovation for Texarkana College’s instructional, research, public service, and administrative programs. We work closely with many other departments on campus to provide a wide range of services for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and others.

Institutional Advancement and Public Relations

The Office of Institutional Advancement and Public Relations furthers the mission of Texarkana College by helping secure private and public financial resources to support the College and scholarships; heightening brand awareness in the College’s service area; providing information to the campus community via internal and external publications, digital communications, and campus events; and foster quality communications with stakeholders and the media to keep them informed about the College’s achievements.

TC Police Department

Department of Public Safety

The TC Police Department serves and protects our campus. If you see them walking around campus, say hello! Their offices are located inside the Truman Arnold Student Center, and you can contact the TC Police 24/7 at 903-823-3330.
