Selection Process Priorities

Priority I

  • Meet the general admission criteria.
  • BIOL 2401, BIOL 2101, BIOL 2402, BIOL 2102, and RNSG 1201 with a grade of C or higher within the last 5 years is completed prior to application.
  • Complete an additional 7 credit hours of Associate Degree in Nursing pre-requisites prior to application.
  • A resident of the geographical service area.*

Priority II

  • Meet the general admission criteria.
  • BIOL 2401, BIOL 2101, BIOL 2402, BIOL 2102, and RNSG 1201 with a grade of C or higher within the last 5 years completed prior to application.
  • A resident of the geographical service area.*

Priority III

  • Meet the general admission criteria.
  • BIOL 2401, BIOL 2101, BIOL 2402, BIOL 2102, and RNSG 1201 with a grade of C or higher within the last 5 years completed prior to application. Remaining Biology course completed before first day of class.
  • A resident of the geographical service area.*

Priority IV

  • Meet the general admission criteria.
  • BIOL 2401 or BIOL 2402 with labs completed with a grade of C or higher within the last 5 years completed prior application. Remaining Biology course and Pharmacology completed before the first day of class.
  • A resident of the geographical service area.*

Priority V

  • Meet the general admission criteria except for #5 on the checklist.
  • BIOL 2401, BIOL 2101, BIOL 2402, BIOL 2102, and RNSG 1201 completed with a grade of C or higher within the last 5 years completed before the first day of class.
  • Outside geographical area.*
