- Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
- Enter your full TC email address in the User ID field and enter the characters in the picture.
- Choose the “I forgot my password” option.
- Enter the mobile phone number associated with your account.
- Enter the verification code from the text message or call you received.
- Enter your new password and click Finish.
Note: Please refer to the bottom of this page for Password Requirements.
- If the password is successfully changed, you will receive “Your password has been reset”.
- Minimum length is 8 characters
- Must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number
- Do not use special characters with the exception of the #, $, or underscore
- Do not re-use a password you have used previously
- The password cannot contain any part of your name
