login shows more information required

Beginning January 12, 2021, Texarkana College will be turning on self-service password resets. Once enabled everyone will see a screen saying ‘more information is required’.

Click Next to proceed.

You will then be asked to set up how you want to verify who you are should you forget your password.

You can choose and Office phone (standard line), and Authentication phone (cell number), or an Authentication Email (a non-TC email that will be used to reset your TC password).

Choose the option you prefer and fill out the requested information.

The next time you need a password reset you can then use the Password Reset link and following the prompts vs. calling the Help Desk.

The Help Desk will still be available, but we feel this is a more convenient and quicker way for most of you!
