Chair Yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. The benefits of chair yoga class include improved strength, flexibility, and stress relief with a like-minded wellness group. This form of therapeutic yoga is accessible for anyone with limited mobility as well as anyone wanting to reap the rewards of gentle yoga! No prior experience necessary.
