We share a joint belief with FranklinCovey that greatness and effectiveness emanate from within each person. Leadership is a skill set that begins within each person and the mastery of self. This course is the foundation course for the following series and is a prerequisite for all other courses. Participants will receive a 360-degree assessment.

This course is the foundational course for personnel management-not procedural personnel management but rather the daily interaction of a leader with both those they supervise, their peers and their boss.

This course would be developed as the natural evolution of Strengths Based Leadership experience, but with specific application to the leader themselves – the course would consist of a combination of classroom experience and individual one-on-one personal growth plan development.
