Official transcripts are available through the National Student Clearinghouse. The cost for each transcript is $5.00 plus an additional $2.50 processing fee to the Clearinghouse. The student may obtain transcripts from the Texarkana College Office of Enrollment Services with proper identification after placing their order. Fees for diplomas are included in registration charges. The Registrar may deny a student’s request for a copy of the permanent record if there is a hold on the record. The hold may be caused by financial obligation, disciplinary action, library fine, science department fee, parking fines, or failure to comply with other College policies.
**Effective May 1, 2023, the National Student Clearinghouse’s transcript fee will change to $2.90.
