When we consider the important discoveries and inventions in history, medical and technological advancements would probably compose a major portion of any list. And don't forget the printing press! The list I've created is more for sheer practicality and enjoyment. Often the important things are not high dollar techie devices, but common things found around the house or in that box in the back of your vehicle. Please understand that I know that many of us, including me, would not even be walking around holding a fishing rod if it were not for those items I've excluded. This list is for fun.
