PURPOSE:
Program aids in the acquisition of Screen, Window, or View Coordinates.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Use Arrow Keys to toggle grid;
Use Space to Clear grid;
Use 'm' or 'M' to get mouse Coordinates;
Use 'f' of 'F' to freeze the image;
Use 'l' or 'L' to get the Window and Frame Coordinates;
Use 'z' or 'Z' for Zoom to measure Screen Coordinates;
Use plan old PrintScrn once you have the information you desire;

TODO:
   Frame move needs to be optimized.
   Since we have PrintScreen do we need a save as function?

   I am pretty much about done with the program? If you want any features added email me: bupchurch@texarkanacollege.edu. If I have the time or knowledge, I will try to implement them. You are welcome to change the program yourself.
