Welcome

KTXK 91.5 FM
The Federal Communications Commission requires that non-comparative/non -superlative terms be used in broadcasting underwriting credits. Specifically the FCC says that a station may include in announcement the logogram or slogan for a sponsor, a location, value neutral descriptions of a product line of service, brand names, trade names, and product of service listings. These announcements may not include "qualitative or comparative language." Also announcements must be value neutral and solely for the identification of the underwriter.
