In order to acquire and retain customers and clients, excellent customer service is crucial. Many customers will return to businesses because of excellent customer service. Learn strategies for communicating with customers and identifying their needs; how to solve issues; how to deal with difficult customers, and follow up with customers, and how to implement these strategies with your employees. Employers and employees alike value and expect ethical behavior within their organizations; therefore, topics such as integrity, trust, teamwork, honesty, playing by the rules and respect will be addressed. You will learn to identify areas of potential ethical concern in specific work environments, and formulate plans for minimizing and handling issues that may arise.
USING TEAMS AND TEAMBUILDING IN THE WORKPLACE

We all know that the best way to accomplish almost any task is through teamwork. Learn ways to help your employees work together as a team to accomplish goals. You will learn to identify your employees’ strengths and use their strengths to best benefit the team. Other topics covered include trust and collaboration, techniques for team problem-solving and conflict resolution, team dynamics, and process improvement.
WORKPLACE CRITICAL THINKING, PROBLEM SOLVING, AND ISSUES FOR MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS

The first step in problem solving is correctly identifying your problem. In this class, we learn how to interpret and analyze data for effective problem solving and recommending corrective action. This course will emphasize structured approaches to critical thinking and problem solving in the workplace. This course will also address common workplace issues and strategies to deal with them effectively.
