MICROSOFT WORD 2013

This course teaches the basics of the new Word 2013. Topics include creating, editing and formatting, saving and printing documents, and using various features such as spell/grammar check, autocorrect, clip-art, borders, and bullets. TROUBLESHOOTING AND RESOLVING COMMON PC PROBLEMS

Come join us Tuesday-Thursday from 6-9 p.m. on March 18-20 for our Troubleshooting and Repairing Common PC Problems class. The cost is only $89 and will be worth all the money you will save. ADVANCED PC TROUBLESHOOTING WITH HANDS ON

Pre-requisite: Ability to navigate the Internet. Prefer students take the “Troubleshooting and Repairing/Resolving Common PC Problems” class first but not requirement.
In this course you will learn how obtain and use diagnostic software for troubleshooting and maintenance, how to upgrade your laptop or desktop, learn the value of keeping your PC components clean and the value of updates/security, find out how to go “under the hood” of any laptop or desktop PC and replace failed components. Students will be encouraged to bring in problem PC’s for hands on experience troubleshooting. Save $$$. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR IPHONE

Learn to use the built-in apps, take photos with the camera, use Face Time, and more. All iPhones are applicable. If you have a laptop you are welcome to bring it to class. Instructor: Lyndsey Poteete

Learn to manage the Mail, Contacts and Calendar applications on your iPad to help organize your life. We will cover setting up and using an email account, creating a contact list to use with other apps, and setting up a calendar. If available please bring your iPad and power cord to class.
