There is a $3.00 fee for each official TC transcript. The transcript fee, payable to TC may be a check, money order or credit card. For credit card payment, fill out the 2nd page of the request form.

To request an official TC transcript, print the transcript request form. Complete and sign the printed copy. The request form and fee may be mailed to the following address:
